1. What is AGI – and why now?

AGI means: A system that not only generates text, but truly thinks, understands, learns, and decides – across all topics.

No longer just a tool – but a cognitive being.

Current AI models are impressive, but narrowly limited. They react – they don’t act. They imitate – they don’t comprehend.

And yet, we are getting closer to true AGI. The question is:

Who will build it first – and how?

2. What is our approach – and how are we different?

Instead of training one single, massive language model that no one can control, we think modularly:

• Clear separation of thinking, memory, and motivation

• Safety and control built-in – not added on later

• Transparent logic – no black-box behavior

3. What matters to us (Values / Principles)

Values > Technology.

• Controllability – AGI must not autonomously decide over us

• Responsibility – no “Move fast and break things”

• Openness – we think in public, not in secret

• Access – AGI must not become an elite monopoly

4. Where we are now – and what’s the next step?

We are at the beginning.

We have initial concepts, principles, and contacts.

The next step: a functional prototype focused on memory, perception, and basic world understanding.

For that, we’re looking for co-thinkers, coders, researchers, and supporters.
